  • Responsibilities
    Mandate:
    • Learn how to effectively screen candidates against open roles.
    • Learn how to effectively use Staffworks’ recruitment tools, including testing, Predictive Index and reference-checking to make Staffworks the best provider of flexible staffing in Canada.
    • Learn how to identify opportunities through the pre-screen process.
    • Learn Staffworks’ sales process from end to end, with an eye to progressing into the Account
    Management role.
    • Become skilled in the use of Staffworks’ CRM/ATS to maximize sales communications to prospects.
    • Understand the use of and learn to develop marketing campaigns to generate leads.
    • Learn the staffing business inside and out as you progress through the organization.
    Specific Responsibilities:
    • Establish viable opportunities: Pre-screen candidates through resume review and telephone conversations. Understand open roles to produce effective results from pre-screens.
    • Using judgement and learned experience, evaluate leads gathered through the pre-screen process: qualify and score the viability of a lead for the sales team.
    • Expand lead information using tools such as LinkedIN, screening resumes, Indeed, reference checks.
    • Develop and participate in lead generation campaigns with sales team.
    • Research prospective customers to identify lead channels.
    • Organize lead data with CRM tools.
    Experience you will gain:
    • Understand the process of finding and engaging potential customers for an organization to build a stronger, deeper sales funnel.
    • Understand how to identify and seize opportunities to create a viable sales funnel in the organization. You will learn how leads are nurtured and converted into customers within your organization.
    • Understand how to sort through data and learn to prioritize and analyze data.
    • Refine your soft skills: Good communication skills are essential for engaging with potential customers and candidates.
    • Learn Digital Marketing: Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and social media.
    • Relationship management skills, including conflict resolution and creative problem solving
