Job Details:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk for our high profile client in Oakville. This role is essential in reviewing travel and expense claims on a daily basis to ensure they meet eligibility requirements and align with corporate policies. The role involves interpreting and applying corporate card applications, as well as entering expense claim data.

Work Type: 6 month contract

Work Location: Hybrid Remote (Oakville, 2-3 times/month in office)

  • Responsibilities
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Review and process travel and expense claims to ensure compliance with corporate policies and the accuracy of the submitted information within the Expense Reimbursement System.
    • Verify that claims include proper approvals and receipts in accordance with travel and expense policies.
    • Create and maintain documentation related to expense reimbursements, including training materials, standard operating procedures, correspondence, and proper record-keeping.
    • Handle administrative tasks, ensuring accurate filing and record management.
    • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation when required.
  • Requirements
    Position Requirements:
    • A two-year post-secondary diploma or equivalent in business administration, finance, or accounting.
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in financial administration or a related role.
    • Previous experience with PeopleSoft Finance and/or Concur is a plus.
