Head of Sales
Trisha started with Staffworks as an account manager and quickly built strong relationships with each customer she engaged. She accepted the role of Sales Manager early 2022 and has not looked back. Her ability to bring out the best in her team is topped only by how much her clients love her. Trisha is a lynchpin in the Staffworks organization, balancing her busy job with raising three young children with her husband, Dave. When she’s not taking care of her customers, she enjoys spending time at the family cottage in the Kawartha Lakes.

President and Founder
Sandra began in the staffing industry in 1993 after graduating from McGill University. Inspired by some great bosses, she started Staffworks on September 25, 2000 at the corner of Bay and Bloor Streets in Toronto. With over 20 years in the industry, Sandra has assembled a team of driven, client-focused pros who are serious about providing their clients with top-tier candidates quickly, without cutting corners. When she’s not working with her team, Sandra is likely hanging out with her three kids and Aussie Doodle, Maggie or spending time on the squash or tennis court.
