Our client in the GTA has an immediate permanent opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist in a hybrid role. This position supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has experience with ADP WorkforceNow (HRIS or payroll) and the Mercer IPE job evaluation system (Hay system). This is a hands-on role that requires strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to HR functions.

  • Responsibilities
    • - Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • - Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance support.
    • - Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
    • - Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies.
    • - Support training and development programs.
    • - Assist in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
    • - Provide general HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Requirements
    • - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • - 5+ years of HR experience.
    • - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • - Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
    • - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
    • - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • - Payroll Experience (ADP preferred).
