They are looking to hire a hybrid Program development Coordinator for a 9 month contract.

  • Responsibilities
    Their Values: Collaboration | Accountability | Respect | Excellence Role Overview: Reporting to the Manager of National Program Development, the Program Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of national projects and programs. This position focuses on operational, logistical, and administrative tasks to help achieve the organization’s mission of addressing the needs of individuals with lived experiences related to [relevant condition/health focus]. Key Responsibilities:
    • Support the development, rollout, and implementation of programs and projects used nationwide by diverse audiences.
    • Assist in maintaining relationships with partner organizations and stakeholders as needed for project success.
    • Ensure adherence to project deliverables by updating and managing project documentation and providing regular updates to the Manager of National Program Development.
    • Collaborate with provincial leads, researchers, healthcare providers, individuals with lived experiences, and caregivers to integrate various perspectives into program materials.
    • Organize logistics for meetings and create summary reports, including sending invitations, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes.
    • Track expenditures and assist the Manager in financial reporting for project funders.
    • Contribute to the preparation of mandatory reports for public health agencies and private donors.
  • Requirements
    Qualifications:
    • Experience in program development, coordination, or project management.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
    • Ability to maintain detailed records and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
    • Experience in budget tracking and financial reporting is a plus.
