  • Responsibilities
    RESPONSIBILITIES Position Purpose: Provide assistance to the Performance-based Examination Managers and Team Leads. This full-time position requires working at the office 4-5 days a week. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Performance-based Examinations and supervised by the Examination Materials Production Team Lead, this position will primarily be responsible for the following functions, to be performed accurately and in a secure and timely manner, according to policies and procedures: 1. The secure and accurate production and maintenance of examination materials for the performance-based examinations, according to established procedures. This includes photocopying, organizing, packing, labeling, ordering examination materials and supplies, maintaining inventory and electronic files, performing audit and quality assurance of transported materials and securely storing, archiving and disposing of examination materials. 2. The procurement, assembly, maintenance and disposal of pharmaceutical supplies, according to established procedures, including but not limited to: secure maintenance of current, accurate inventory of pharmaceutical supplies, preparing mock-ups of products, preparing labels for prescription/drug products and examination prop bags and safe disposal of pharmaceutical supplies. 3. Assist with examination Video production, conversion and maintenance, according to established procedures, including but not limited to: maintenance of video supplies, creating and maintaining video audit logs and library, arranging for secure sharing of video files, and ordering and maintenance of videotaping equipment. Secondary responsibilities include: 4. Assist with processing of examination data according to established procedures, including: auditing, organizing, scanning, archiving and maintaining scoring sheets and performing quality assurance checks. 5. Assist with post-exam QA Video Review processes to ensure safe receipt and tracking of QA vides and associated materials. 6. Perform other duties as required. Working Conditions: · Primary work is at a desk in a temperature-controlled office environment. Work will primarily be performed onsite, at the office, 4-5 days a week. · Ability and stamina is needed to work effectively 7 hours per day (or more) at a desk, on computer. · Available to work longer days (greater than 7 hours) as operational demands require. Physical effort will be required to handle (move, pack, store) examination materials, transport files, mail, and materials as needed; will include lifting heavy boxes (up to approximately 35 lbs.). · Sensory attention is required to coordinate activities and deal with requests from clients of diverse backgrounds.

    • Post-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent experience
    • Previous general office experience including professional document creation and formatting; writing and editing; mail merging documents and labels.
    • Computer expertise and experience
