We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by assisting with various administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. This is a Hybrid position (you will be expected to be in the office 4 days a week). This position is great for individuals looking to gain experience in human resources and recruitment while contributing to a collaborative work environment.

  • Responsibilities
    Duties
    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms and managing applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate information within HRIS systems such as iCIMS or PeopleSoft.
    • Support HR sourcing efforts by identifying potential candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to develop training materials and onboarding processes for new hires.
    • Provide administrative support for recruitment events, including job fairs and campus recruiting initiatives.
    • Assist in generating reports related to recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines.
  • Requirements
    Qualifications
    • Experience or familiarity with recruiting processes and human resources functions is preferred.
    • Proficiency in using ATS software
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies related to recruiting.
    • Previous experience in training development or HR sourcing is an advantage.
